Asuntos del Sur (ADS) began as a result of the initiative of a group of Latin American MPA students. ADS is an organization that seeks to generate informed debate around the issues pertinent to Latin America. This is achieved through an online publication that creates a forum for dialogue and debate. The publication has a dynamic editorial line based on a "Challenge" or set of questions that are raised each month by an expert in the field.  Academics, politicians, social activists, fellow experts and students from various countries provide the responses to the monthly Challenge. Opportunities for dialogue organized by ADS have taken place in Latin America, Europe and North America.
